About Me

Dale has always found passion in everything she does.  Prior to graduating from North East Institute of Whole Health, she owned her own confections business winning accolades from a local food scientist, Christopher Kimbell of PBS.

Life changes brought Dale to New Hampshire and opened opportunities for her to explore her creativity in other ways.  Dale's love of how the human body works made massage therapy the perfect choice. 

" I enjoy helping my clients find peace and get away from their busy brain, while at the same time, balancing their muscles and body."

In her spare time, you can either find Dale on the golf course or in the chip and putt area she built in her back yard. She also loves to spend time with friends strolling the beach or kayaking.

Dale now lives in Temple Terrace, Florida with her two parrots Sparky and Gigi.
